The City of Tempe has two unique golf courses – Ken McDonald and Rolling Hills – that offer diverse golfing experiences at an affordable price.
As part of its commitment to community-based golf, the city is looking to enhance golfing experiences, address infrastructure needs and add recreational value, seeking business community partnership opportunities through the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP).
The city is seeking creative, feasible proposals from firms that have a proven track record in the development, management and operation of golf courses, food and beverage, and associated amenities. Proposals are anticipated in early September. As part of the decision-making process, the city will seek input on potential options from customers, stakeholders and the community.
The City of Tempe and Golf Tempe are excited about the future of high-quality, community-based golf that is inclusive, affordable, accessible and adds quality of life as a lifetime leisure activity.
