Experts lead discussion of future housing, hospitality and development trends

Mayor Woods will share information about the City’s efforts to create affordable housing, its recent real estate acquisitions, Hometown for All, and Tempe’s holistic approach to economic development

“Business, housing, workforce and development all need to support each other for the benefit of the community,” said Tempe Mayor Corey Woods. 

Nearly 20 industry experts will give their opinions on industry trends, such as subleasing, Class A commercial demand and how the pandemic will affect the future for tourism, hospitality and in-person work. 

Fueling the Economy – City of Tempe takes place from 3 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 23 at Tempe Center for the Arts, 700 W. Rio Salado Parkway. This event is being co-presented by AZ Big Media and the City of Tempe.
